Climate Friends Programme for sporting schoolkids in Gödöllő and the region
Beyond the University, the local communities should benefit, and vice versa, the University students should be able to learn the lessons of life from the region to be able to come up with good solutions for emissions reduction locally.
One of the regional benefits, the Climate Office has produced, is the involvement of kids, footballers from the local town, who are receiving students from the university to discuss climate change issues. They are already very well aware of the problems, and know a lot about how their life should be lived, they have a group, and name themselves as Climate Friends.
